1. Create an account
Sign up with your email. It takes a minute.
2. Add your sources
Add your own playlists, links or recordings.
3. Add your devices
Add each device using its own MAC address, or a randomly generated MAC address that we provide, and pick its playlist. Then enter the portal URL https://uportal.tv on the device and you are ready to watch.

What is a line?A line is a 30-day slot that lets an account use the portal with your own sources. Each line covers up to 2 users. Lines you do not use before they expire are not carried over.
Sources (servers)Your first source is free for 30 days, then costs 1 line every 30 days. Each extra source costs 2 lines every 30 days. Sources within your plan limit are included.
ScreensA screen replaces a channel with a live picture (queue board, announcements, menu, clock, games). Without a plan a screen costs 4 lines every 30 days. Standard includes 5 screens and Pro includes 15. Extra screens on a plan cost 3 lines every 30 days.
OverlaysAn overlay is a title bar drawn over the channel in full screen, changed live from your phone and in your colors. An overlay costs 2 lines every 30 days. Standard includes 3 overlays and Pro includes 10.
CampaignsA campaign shows your ads (images or animations) on the devices of your users, on the schedule and audience you choose. Every ad is reviewed before it runs. A campaign costs 4 lines every 30 days and holds up to 10 ads. Standard includes 3 campaigns and Pro includes 10. Extra campaigns on a plan cost 3 lines every 30 days.
Bonus linesPay a plan 3, 6 or 12 months ahead and get 5%, 10% or 15% extra lines.

RefundsUnused purchased lines are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request to info@uportal.tv. Lines already used, transferred or opened as part of a plan are not refundable.

Do you provide channels or content?
No. UPortal ships empty. You bring your own playlists, links and recordings, and you must have the rights to what you add. We do not host, sell or link to content.
Which devices work?
MAG boxes, STBEmu and other players that can use a portal address. Your account page shows the details for each device.
Can I manage other people's accounts?
Yes. Owners can add users for family, friends or clients, give each their own playlist and manage their lines.
How do I report a problem or abuse?
Use Report a problem inside your account, or write to info@uportal.tv. We disable reported sources and suspend repeat offenders.
